1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified research professional acting on behalf of a legitimate research institution.

2. Eligible Purchasers

Orders are accepted only from qualified research purchasers acquiring products exclusively for lawful laboratory research purposes. Omni Research reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any order if purchaser eligibility, research status, or intended laboratory use cannot be verified.

3. Research Use Only

All products sold by Omni Research are reference compounds supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes. Products are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not for human consumption, animal consumption, or any in vivo use.

4. No Medical Claims

Omni Research makes no representation regarding the medical, therapeutic, performance, or cosmetic effects of any compound.

5. Assumption of Responsibility

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of any product purchased, and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omni Research shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By opting in on our SMS sign-up page, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Omni Research at the mobile number you provide. Order and shipping notifications and promotional or restock alerts are separate programs, each requiring its own opt-in.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@omniresearch.org. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts therein.
